BBQ on the River

Paducah Riverfront 27 Broadway St., Paducah, KY

We are blessed yet again to participate in Paducah's BBQ on the River festival, and of course, we need volunteers! If you can lend some time and energy we would greatly appreciate it. Sign up below for any availability, and we will contact you before the event with details including where to meet. It is certainly a fast paced environment, but we will be working with the crew of 'Off the Bone BBQ', so no food service experience is required—Thank you!

As an attorney with local firm Whitelow, Roberts, Houston, & Straub, Elizabeth will bring her incredible expertise to discuss and inform us on topics such as power of attorney, wills, estate planning, and medical directives. Fall Outing to the Farm

We have a treat for our members, as our fall outing will be a trip to Huyck Farms where we'll find fresh apple cider, pumpkins, mums, produce, and wagon rides. We will also be stopping by Culver's for lunch!

Made to Stay is happy to announce an event to help seniors beyond our usual members, with the simple and yet tedious task of raking the fall leaves. Below we are accepting applications from volunteer teams who want to help. Make no mistake, there is a great need for this volunteer service in our community.

Outing to River Discovery Center & Kirchoff’s Bakery

Here comes another fun day out for our members, as we set off to learn some local history at the River Discovery Center, and then enjoy a delicious lunch at one of Paducah's oldest and most well known eateries, Kirchoff's Bakery.

Christmas Lights & Cracker Barrel Outing

Can't go wrong with a ride through the park to see some beautiful lights, and then a fireside meal at good ol' Cracker Barrell. Looking forward to celebrating Christmas with our members!

Discovery Park of America Outing

You're in for a treat this spring as we plan on visiting one of the area's best museums, the Discovery Park of America. Their incredible array of exhibits guarantees a good time and something to see for everyone. The cost includes your admission and a sack lunch. We will be using the Senior Center bus
