How do you become a MTS member?

If you are age 55+ or an adult with a disability (even a temporary one) living in Paducah/McCracken County, you are eligible for membership.

Simply fill out the membership application form online, or print it out. You can also scan the completed form, and email it to us.  Our director, will contact you to set up a time to meet with you and go over your application.  If you need assistance with filling out the application, just give us a call and we will help you.

Made to Stay also has a limited membership which is provided for those who have a short-term need for services.  This would be particularly helpful for those who are unable to drive for a short period due to surgery and/or medications. Contact us for details.

Our staff will review each application and you will be notified as soon as possible of their decision regarding your membership request.
